Jerry Gentile is an outdoor and sports enthusiast with a broad range of interests.

Some of those interests include watching his children and grandchildren participate in sports activities, world travel, above ground and underwater photography, rebuilding vintage muscle cars, boating and scuba diving with family and friends.

Jerry’s many travels have taken him throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. He has had the pleasure of scuba diving in the Caribbean in such places as Belize, Cozumel, and Roatan as well as the Bahamas, Florida and Hawaii.

In his professional life, Jerry started as a young boy fascinated with mathematics and electronics engineering and went on to become a degreed design engineer and later a senior executive in the communications test and measurement industry. He was fortunate enough to have worked on some of the early equipment that helped major communications service providers such as AT&T qualify and deploy high speed fiber optic networking devices – which are the backbone of all internet, wireless and communications traffic today.

He has enjoyed many years as a passionate and well respected leader, team builder, and product strategist in that industry.

After a dozen years of world travel for his career, Jerry retired from the communications industry in 2012 and joined a small startup company in the kids sports industry where he enjoys his time today.
